Yesterday while surfing the internet, I came across this amazing dress. To my surprise, the dress was decorated with bright orange cupcakes. Then I realized that my very own mother, had hand made the cake for my grandmother’s extravagant birthday bash . My mother’s name is Bridgete Walton and she is an aspiring baker in Springfield, Illinois. Baking has been her passion for awhile, but she put her dreams on hold so I could pursue my dreams. I have never been so proud of her because she is doing exactly what makes her happy. It makes me happy hearing her gush about all of her up coming projects. It is not often that I get the chance to gloat about my mother and her talents, so bear with me guys. Seeing my mother turn her dreams into a reality, motivates me daily to keep on fighting for my own happiness and success. Just know that it is never to late to pursue your dreams, no matter what the world may be telling you. Mom I love you, and I hope you know that I am very proud of you and woman you have grown to be.
