Jay-Z & Beyonce Take Blue Ivy Dressed As Michael Jackson To A Pre-Halloween Party

In typical Beyonce fashion, she has made another fashion statement. This year for Halloween, Beyonce decided to pay homage to the legendary Janet Jackson, by recreating her iconic 1989, Rhythm Nation look. It is scary how much the two outfits look alike. It is almost as if Beyonce stole the clothes right off of Jackson’s back. But that is not the icing on the cake. The Carter family decided to continue on with the famous Jackson family theme, and dress their precious daughter up as none other than Michael Jackson. Carrying a pink microphone, Blue Ivy wore a replica outfit of the one Michael Jackson wore to the 1984 American Music Awards. I think Michael Jackson would be very proud of Blue Ivy’s imitation of him. Having said that, the Jackson family has influenced the lives of thousands of entertainers across the world and still continue to. I must say that it is refreshing to see that Beyonce Knowles-Carter pays homage to those who have inspired her to do better, since she inspires so many to do the same.

Willow Smith Premiere’s New Music at the Fader Fort

Don’t call it a comeback! Thirteen year old, celebrity icon, Willow Smith is back on the music scene. On October 24, 2014, Willow Smith brought down the house at the Fader Fort, in New York, with her new silky, sensual Erykah Badu esc sound. But Ms. Smith was not alone in her performance. She invited her big brother Jaden Smith and her “big sister” SZA, to perform some of her new material from her upcoming EP. Some of the songs she performed are “5” and “9”, in which she left the audience begging for more. In classic Willow Smith fashion, she ended her performance with her smash, hit single, “Whip My Hair” adding a more mature feel to it. It is very certain that Ms. Smith is way ahead of her time. Being firm on having her own identity outside of her famous parents, Willow Smith seems to be doing darn good job.
